Our Story
Cerulean, LLC was established in February 2014 to provide environmental consulting and project management services to clients in the Greater Philadelphia region.
Susan Harris, Principal, served for over twelve years as Watershed Specialist in County government (2000-2013). Program responsibilities as Watershed Specialist included coordination of the watershed program, reviewing construction plans and permit applications for environmental compliance, website administration, and coordination of education & outreach events. Management and coordination of environmental restoration and protection projects included; grant writing, administering funding, budget and time tracking, project bidding, providing technical assistance to landowners, and design and implementation of watershed restoration and stormwater management projects.
Cerulean, a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), serves government, non-profit, and institutional clients providing environmental planning support and project management services.
Our Mission & Approach
Cerulean strives to work alongside of partners and landowners to provide adaptive strategies for environmental solutions. We provide strong communication capabilities and willingness to actively hear and participate in the needs of our clients. Deep rooted in the Philadelphia area, Cerulean is familiar with local conditions, requirements, and applicable solutions to achieve sustainable results.
